This is the latest Memorial for Welshpools Anzacs. Harold Mates was Killed in Action in World War 1.

This is a picture of the Honor Roll hanging in the Welshpool Memorial Hall. It has soldiers from WWI and WWII on it and is not the original WWI Honor Roll which presumably was destroyed in the fire which claimed the building in October 1942 and later replaced after the hall was rebuilt in 1946.
